CURRENT:Day 36: Mid MorningWe are now back at the citidel and we have brought the crew of the crashed ship. We get back to the citidel and I contribute 200 gp to the 500 gp gem for Steven's raise dead. We speak with the 3 wizards regarding the 2nd part of the rod of 7 parts. We have two of the pieces. They tell us that the 3rd piece is on Eberon in the mornlands and something is making the location inaccurate. They tell us about the Land of Sire and what happenes in the mornland. There is a type of occurance that is making distance a problem. They think that the Nation of Sire created giant titans or sentinals and they believe that one. They suggest that we need to find a sientient sphere about 2 inches in diameter called a Docent. If we attach a Docent to the rod we may get a better location. They tells us that magic does not function normally. They tells us that magic is on the fritz. Aria asks if this is like the "Time of Troubles" where magic was haywire. They tell sus that the piece is 20 to 30 miles near Mount Ironrot. This is also the center of what every is causing the disturbance. They do have a rough map that they can give us. they tell us that there are settlements and there are people but nothing will grow. There is a river in the middle of the valley but they do not know if it is safe or not. We decide to give the second piece of the Rod to Steven but he chooses to NOT attune to it I take time the time to gather and purchase 84 ratioins from the party fund and split among the party. We looked at 14 rations for each person. We also get 2 barrels of water for the party in the haversack. We all move through the portal into a barren landscape. To the north we see the valley spread out among us. We take a look at the portal and the reflection that it casts. The reflection does not show the mist on the ground. We can see one settlement to the north that strattles the river. To the north and west we see the first remnants of the collasis. The plan is to move to the river and will decide if we will try to cross the river or head north to the settleemt. Day 36: AfternoonWe wee that the river is roughly 80 feet across. The river is not fast moving but we cannot tell the deapth. Ted casts Fly and starts to take people across. He takes us in this order: Randal, Steven, Johnny, Cantrip. Kenneth just runs across the water. We see that the nearest titan is roughly an hour away. Day 36: late AfternoonAs we approach the collssis we see ridge in the distance behind the collosis. We see 5 individuals walking across the ridge in a single file line. They stopped and looked at us. As we within touching diatance we can see massive damage. We can see that some of the damage is from decay and some from actualy vandalism. There is a normal human size opening. From head to toe this is one of the smaller ones at 150 feet long. We guess that it may take 10 mintues for those other people to reach out position. We are going to try to make it to the arm and head to the chest then to the head. Ted takes time to roll for investigation at the heart level. He completely searches the chest and the machine down to the feet. He is sure that the docent is not here. He is able to locate the place in the head where it would go. He also sees that there are deep angular boot prints from something with two-legs and very heavy. It looks like these foot prints are a few days old. Day 36: early eveningWe take another 5 hours of walking to get to the collasis to the north of our position. We are going to check this one then head to the settlement. The sun has set before we get to the next one. We take time to search the head and the docent location. We do not see anything in this one. We take time to look over the other parts of the collus. There are not foot prints in this one. They are much older. We did notice that the docent was extracted with great care. There is a clear distinction between the first docent location and the second docent location. Day 36: Late eveningWe set up camp for the night in the most defensible position. The head is damage but we find a good spot. Steven has the first shift. The plan is to sleep until dawn. Both Steven and I are awake and i hear something to the west of us. I hear a snorting noise to the west. I try to alert Steven but only manage to alert the creature. R1

Steven takes time to prestigitiation to clean kenneth. Johnny uses his skills to try to see if he can harvest anything but nothing is worth taking. I take a look at the bear creature that has been mutated by magic. I am not able to officially identity it. The plan is to move to a new near camp sight and start to long rest again. Randal helps me with 15 hp back to almost full. Day 36: Late eveningWe all settle down and know what to listen for. I send my spider homoculous to the top of the opening to scan for any other evil. Ted hears someone moving 100 yards away. The movement is walking and probably more than on person. I draw back my homoculous back and give it the ability to cast Light as close to the people. It mangeest to make it out to about 100 feet but nothing in the light. I forgot to tell the homoculous to do anything else of come back. Randal asks the owl to grab the light rock and drops it on the approaching people. It drops the rock but the desert is empty. Randal instructs the owl to search. Kenneth takes a few moments to search for the other people but does not hear anything. He runs out there and gets my homoculous. I give it the instruction to always come back. Day 37: Early MorningThe night goes well and no other interruptions. I create by experimental elixir and make Resilience for +1 AC for 10 minutes and I give it to Kenneth. We are able to locate footprints around the collosis and we get the trail that leads to the windmill. We need to head past the outcrop of rock to get there. We are going to have to go towards the river. At about an hour we notice 3 individual moveing toward us and they are not really aggressive. they are moving towards us at a normal pace. We can not see them really well but they are hazy. Johnny changes his shoes so that they match the foot prints. Ted casts see invisibiity After another hour they stop moving and they appear that they notice us. We see two humans and an orc. They are dressed is desert attaire. they have not drawn their weapons. Salazar waves, Randal rides majestically, Johnny introduces himself. The trio comes to us and the orc introduces himself. they are members of the Tourquis spear. The Orc is names Kalyth and Grezan is the human on the left and Dortle is on the right (he had to move his lips while counting). Johnny asks what the tourquis spear does in the mornlan. they are from the siren army and their encampment is the one with the bridge. they send out small bands to search for relics. They admit that they sent a group to our collosis. They tell us that there are factions of warforged. one is non-violent pilgruims and they claim everythingin the mornlangs as they were created for the war. This hippy-warforged believe that these warforged believe that any technology like warforged, dosents, and collosis are theirs. Johnny asks about broken tech and confirms that the only place they are found is in the head. Tick-tock comes out and asks if they have any tech that we could possibly repair. Johnny asks if thr pilgram-warforged might have tech and dosents. He asks if there are any collosus that they have not checked. The Turquis spear tell sus that the pilgrams may have some tech at the windmill town called Ialos. They are able to estimate that there are 20 to 30 pilgrams. The terquois spear feel that any tech and dosents are theirs as they are the last of the living peopless. They also tell is that the river is OK. The Terquis spear tells us that there are other factions that are more aggressive. We are told that the aggressive warforged will be the ones that are attacking us. We also discover that the bear we encountered are called Blazed Bears. They are just tainted and mutatioins from the morning. Johnny manages to bargan for a safe place to stay. We offer to trade some of our water and food. I ask if this terquois speak could make an introductions or possible secret ways to get into the town. It appears that we can get into the town as the pilgrams are not violent. Kayleth tells us that we can drop his name if we encounter some of the Terquis spear. Ted gives hiim the wheel of cheese for his information. Kayleth tells us that the colous near Mount Ironrot is called Landro and it has what is called a Grey Engine that projects a type of field that prevents anyone from entering. He tells us that it looks like Landro is actually embedded in the mountain. Day 37: noonWe make it to Ialos at lunch time and the fog is still everywhere. As we approach we can see the town and the windmill. Some of us notice that there are 3 warforged that pop out from behind the rocks about 40 feet from us. They draw their swords. R1
