Ted will take command on the 11th or the 18th of April. The standard 3.5 rules apply with the exception that Ted does not understand psionics therfore he fears those characters. You can create a 6th level of nearly any class (check first). He is allowing us to bring in previous character from the TED 3 or Ted 4 campaign. You can use the Traits from the Unearth Arcana but no flaws and absolutely NO PARRY.
